Hello, I'm Cloë Neophytou, a mind-body coach for women around the world. I have extensive experience working with professional and Olympic athletes and use a combination of athletics, Pilates, mindfulness, and healing modalities to teach efficient and effective movement.

My own fitness journey began when I was 17, working out in my bedroom, and continued into full-time athletics with dreams of the Olympics. After having a baby, I was able to use what I had taught myself and learned over the years to get back into the best shape of my life.

I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and heal their core and pelvic floor after having kids, regardless of age or how many children they have. I always strive to find the simplest, most efficient, and caring way to help my clients.

My qualifications include a Certificate 3&4 in Fitness (2009), Diploma in Professional Pilates (2010), Reiki Master (2017), Access Bars (2018), Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist (2021), and Pelvis Pro (2022). I am committed to continuing my education and learning new ways to help my clients.
Throwback to childhood…I was that 12 year old kid walking around with a t-shirt that said “Personal Trainer…drop and give me 20”. I was winning school sports day events from a very young age and was scouted into a talent program in high school where my love for sports & fitness really developed. I wasn't fit but had mega passion to be good at something.

I also had a few rebellious years in high school, which involved a lot of alcohol, bad decisions, drugs and negative people, without getting into all the gory details! I am now so grateful for it as it really opened up my eyes to who I am NOT, and what I really want for myself. The power of contrast, right?
Once I gained clarity my entire life changed, and at 17 years old I started positive habits of getting up at 530am to catch the bus to the gym, my mum and sister thought I was nuts.
I had my eyes set on becoming a personal trainer from the moment I stepped foot in a gym, the positive people who uplifted each other was a place I wanted to be.

It was at my first job, where I was introduced the man who really changed my life, my coach of 11 years. I still call it fate to this day (long story…message me for the full one!) This is where my dreams started manifesting.
From the moment we started training together I knew it was ALL I wanted to do. SO…I made a bold yet confident decision to become a full time athlete with dreams of the Olympic games Rio 2016.
From that moment onwards, discipline, consistency and patience were my best friends. 5-6 days per week 2-3 hours per session I was with my coach, that’s over 300 days per year!

What I learnt from him, changed my entire life in and outside of sports…this is what shaped me as a coach, and mentor. He taught me, what I now teach clients…How to do as little as necessary NOT as much as possible. ALWAYS finding the simplest efficient way to get to your destination and that mindset really does contribute 80-90% of your success.
In 2014 I got pregnant and moved to France to be with my dude (who was playing professional rugby) which was the scariest change in my life. I put my running to the side as I didn’t feel supported with my current reality of being pregnant and having had such big dreams.

Being pregnant actually helped me gain new perspective and clarity. I realized I had created an entire identity that I actually disliked, and so I decided I would not be returning to the sport.
To my surprise, after I had my son, I really struggled to do any exercise as I had osteitis pubis and couldn't run, which gave me this urge to WANT to run again. Funny I know!!
I'd been helping a few athletes with their mindset and body connection at that time, which really inspired me to try again after so many months of niggling pains. I wasn’t sure if it was even possible to be as fit as I was or look how I did but I was ready to feel good and feel me again, to feel energised and fit again. I wanted stimulation outside of being a mum!

I decided I wanted to be HAPPY.
So, I began slowly building a base foundation of core, back and glute stability/strength and really connecting with my mind. I closed my abdominal separation and felt stable again and I decided to really focus on my controllables, to repeat uplifting affirmations non stop whilst training to keep me positive.
For months I repeated them in the rain, ice or shine. I was getting stronger and faster. By 3 months (remember I didn't begin training till 9 months post baby) I was faster than I’d ever been! By 15 months I was in the best shape of my life, faster than i’d ever been and I was DOING LESS and enjoying my life so much more. I was AMAZED and I was really loving the process, I loved having a new found purpose and drive to be the best I could for myself and my son.
This is when I understood that it wasn’t all about winning and being physically fit or gaining recognition from outside sources…it’s about understanding yourself more and creating a beautiful mind-body connection to create joy and happiness in life! Total life-changing realisation!
So now, my main focus with clients is building a strong base foundation/awareness of mind and body because that is where the magic begins...and from there your results really are a byproduct of honoring yourself.
As of today... have finally competed again in France, focusing on improving my controllables and staying curious to what's possible if I do that.
I am currently training with a new coach, aiming to represent Cyprus in Long Jump!

My current passion is postnatal rehab for mums, core engagement and building resilient growth mindset.

NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS!
