I'm Cloë Neophytou, and I'm passionate about helping women of all ages achieve their best physical and mental health. Hello, I'm Cloë Neophytou, a mind-body coach for women around the world. I have extensive experience working with professional and Olympic athletes and use a combination of athletics, Pilates, mindfulness, and healing modalities to teach efficient and effective movement.
My own fitness journey began when I was 17, working out in my bedroom, and continued into full-time athletics with dreams of the Olympics. After having a baby, I was able to use what I had taught myself and learned over the years to get back into the best shape of my life.
I am passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and heal their core and pelvic floor after having kids, regardless of age or how many children they have. I always strive to find the simplest, most efficient, and caring way to help my clients.
My qualifications include a Certificate 3&4 in Fitness (2009), Diploma in Professional Pilates (2010), Reiki Master (2017), Access Bars (2018), Pre & Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist (2021), and Pelvis Pro (2022). What exactly is this online gym about?
This is an online gym for you to get stronger, fitter, calmer, more in tune with your mind and body through movement.

4 monthTone strength & shape – Pilates mat based workouts, some HIIT/athletic mat workouts.
HIIT style circuits – using pilates and athletics

How fast can I expect results?
You'll feel different quite quickly, then people may notice before you. There is a bit of a process, but generally you'll FEEL different (stronger, tighter, firmer, better connection to your body, calmer, more aware) before you notice visible change. This could be weeks to months depending on the person.
If you want big changes, just keep going! I’s always an ongoing journey. You never stop when you’re there, you just learn to maintain it with more ease!

How much time will it take per day?
Workouts will vary from 8 min up to 60 minutes.
Most are about 20-30 min.
If you follow any running programs the times will differ.
Does it cater to all levels?
Yes! I offer beginner and intermediate/advanced videos or modifications.
Butt workouts that have bands can be removed and any long band workout can be done with small hand weights or even bodyweight.
How is it delivered?
It is all accessed online with a log in you create. Available for usage on all devices, including smart TV’s (if I am correct!)
If you are following any of the written plans ( in PDF format ) those can be saved to any device for offline usage or printed.
Do I have access to the challenge/programs indefinitely?
If you purchase lifetime access you have access forever. the other 2 options are only as long as you remain a paying member.
What if I don't get results?
Results and time it takes to get results vary from person to person according to the effort level and commitment, amount of time they choose to invest. If you are consistent with your chosen program 3x per week+ and are following the technique, getting feedback from me and do not feel change or see any results i will happily refund your first 30 days back as a 100% money back guarantee.
I say 30 days only because i have never had someone do the work and not feel change in that time.
