World renowned coach
I'm Cloë — mum to an 11-year-old and currently expecting twins. For the past 16 years, I've been helping people around the world feel stronger, move better and understand their bodies.
Movement and sport have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. Some personal highlights include competing internationally for Cyprus in 2022 and becoming a state champion in a new sport at just 8 weeks pregnant with the twins.
My approach blends Pilates, pre- and postnatal corrective exercise, athletics, bushwalking, Bowen therapy and more, all underpinned by my belief that the mind is where the magic begins.
Over the years, I've worked with Olympic and professional athletes, but some of my favourite work has been supporting mamas across the globe.
I'm a big believer in living what you teach. Everything I share comes from a combination of professional experience, personal practice and what I've found genuinely works. My goal is to help you feel empowered to understand your own body, rather than simply follow instructions.
You don't need an endless library of workouts.
You need to understand how to choose the right movements for your body, adapt exercises as your pregnancy changes, and recognise what your body is telling you.
This mini guide helps you build that awareness and confidence, so you're not left guessing every time you move. Because learning to listen to your body and make informed choices is far more valuable than simply following another exercise video.
